During our recent stay in New York, we chose this hotel for its convenient location and stylish room design. The amenities offered, including the cafe, restaurant, and gym, were a great addition to our relaxation-seeking trip.

LOVED the breakfast at the café. Staff was amazing. The leisure facilities were better than expected. Would definitely stay here again! The rooms were smaller than in the photos, but cozy.

The rooms were outstanding and newly decorated, had smoke detectors for safety. Helpful staff, savoury breakfast, had a very pleasant stay overall in a vibrant hotel.

Facilities were overall nice, yet Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The venue was clean, offered awesome stuff and location.

The decor and spacious room were highlights, but noise from the windows and a broken blind were drawbacks. However, the friendly staff and convenient location made for a memorable experience overall.

The hotel is super convenient by metro or rideshare. The room was cozy with great amenities. Staff were friendly. Room size was typical for NYC. Some minor issues like small fridge and unhelpful front desk. A solid pick for a lively stay in a central location.

Freehand in a central location offers a comfortable stay with private bathrooms and cozy beds. Enjoy stunning views from high floors without street noise. Affordable price for individual beds. Convenient to reach attractions by foot or subway.

I loved staff and location, as well as every other detail. Lovely building, pretty nice bedroom. It was a perfectly pleasant stay, you could leave a car nearby. Good restaurant and rooftop bar available.

A standout feature of staying at this hotel is its fantastic location. You can easily access downtown and uptown attractions, as well as the metro, with some popular spots just a short walk away. I particularly loved chilling out at the Washington bar, a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in some rooms. Overall though, the welcoming staff, comfy beds, and proximity to key attractions make this hotel worth considering for your next NYC adventure.

It had excellent breakfast and incredible staff. Location just next door to R & W subway, 5 restaurants, the Flatiron District. It was a good choice for our great stay.

Loved our stay, had fun filled 2 days overall. The hotel was fairly clean, facilities where pretty nice, perfect location right by Grammercy park and subway and both uptown & downtown. All of the venue staff members were caring & courteous. The early check-in too.

Loved the cool vibe and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and chill vibes for kicking back after a busy day. The only downside was the noise from the club downstairs, but the staff tried to help by offering a quieter room. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it to friends! ⭐

I chose Freehand for its prime location near St. Patrick's Cathedral, which I've always wanted to visit. The surprise Great Gatsby party added an unforgettable touch to my stay, and Comodo's vibrant Latin American flavors created a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Room felt slightly crowded and noisy.

The Premium Queen Room at this hotel was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The central location was a big plus, and the friendly staff added to the positive experience. free water was a nice touch. The plastic usage and small fridge were minor drawbacks.

Omg, 🌟 the location was a dream! walking to all the famous spots was so easy! but the wait for the room was too long, and the noise from other parties was a downside. Staff was 🌟 welcoming and helpful though! 😊

Despite some shortcomings like the lack of a concierge and dark vibes throughout the hotel, the clean room and convenient location made up for it. Some improvements could be made in terms of housekeeping and a more welcoming lobby atmosphere.

I chose Freehand for its location near Bryant Park, but the epic evening of decadence at The Great Gatsby Party pleasantly surprised me. The Latin American flavors at Comodo were vibrant and inviting, adding a unique touch to my stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room, Breakfast at Tiffany's, was elegant and clean. The breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself had stunning atmosphere and beautiful decor. We really enjoyed the location, as it was within walking distance to the square in downtown Covington.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, close enough to walk most places but not too crowded. Jaw-dropping vegetarian couscous at Studio cafe was a feast fit for a king! Unbelievable dining experience at Simon and the Whale. Stunning rooftop bar with killer cocktails. The nearby bites at Shake Shack, Gramercy Tavern, and Eleven Madison Park are top-notch.

The four person bunk room may feel a bit cozy, but it's perfect for a tight-knit crew.

I recently stayed at the Freehand hotel in Manhattan for four nights. The Washington Bar and Simon & The Whale restaurant were both excellent, with great staff, atmosphere, and delicious food. The hotel was clean and in a good location, with a subway stop just down the street. The room was compact but not cramped, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar seemed like a popular spot. a very pleasant stay.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and was impressed by the rare artistic undertaking, offering a unique opportunity to live, work, and exhibit at the hotel. Additionally, all five of its bars and restaurants were ideal for any type of meeting.

My room was superb, newly renovated and eco-friendly. The service was fantastic with thoughtful amenities. The coffee shop had delicious bagels and coffee, and the lobby restaurant and bars were great. The hotel's style and vibe, along with the gym, arcade, and nearby landmarks, made the stay enjoyable for my family. The relaxation facilities like the sun terrace and TV room added to our bonding experience. The surrounding area offered a local feel and good dining options with less crowd.

We booked the spacious 3's Company room and were pleasantly surprised by its size. the room had great facilities, including a functional bathroom and a smart TV that could be connected to our phones for streaming. We even had a view of the Empire State Building, which was a nice touch. the hotel itself had excellent amenities, including trendy bars, a cafe, and restaurants. Although the rooftop bar was a bit too edgy for our taste, the staff were all amazing. They made my birthday special by giving us drink tokens and leaving a thoughtful card with beers in the room. They also managed to accommodate our request for rooms near each other. a fun and family-friendly atmosphere with great city access.

I had a great experience at Freehand. the staff were friendly and very helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with transferring my forgotten passport to the airport. the quad bunk room was surprisingly comfortable, with super comfy beds. the hotel had a cute boho decor and the central location was perfect for exploring the city. a great place to stay in NYC.
